The bag cutter is a small plastic rolling apparatus in the bag cutter arm.

Lift up the top cover to get to the bag cutter arm.

Pull the sides of the cutter arm apart, and pull on the bag cutter to remove it from the arm.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

how do i get a new one
@oaxxeemidiovbtv my problem also! If you take the little plastic cutter cartridge out, (the one out of stock everywhere) you should be able to carefully open it to replace the blades with new sharp ones. Buy a 9mm knife with the snap off blades…the segments fit perfectly on my FM3920.
