What you need

1. Step 1 Download and install drivers
  Drivers for Xbox version
  
  Drivers for PlayStation version

2. Step 2 Open Firmware Update app
  Press on the Windows button and type "Firmware Update" into the search.

4. Step 3 Unplug your T248 from USB
  Unplug T248 from USB port.
  
  Keep it plugged-in to power

5. Step 4 Press and hold MODE button
  Press and hold MODE button

6. Step 5 Connect to USB While holding MODE button
  Keep holding the MODE button and connect it to USB port
  
  Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the button

7. Step 6 Update the firmware
  Your device should show up in Firmware Updater
  
  Press OK on the Firmware Updater and wait for update to complete
