Epiphone ES-335 PRO Pickguard Replacement

Introduction

Follow these steps to replace the pickguard on your Epiphone ES-335 PRO electric guitar. This may be necessary because the pickguard is chipped or broken due to an accident. You may also want to change the pickguard to change the design of the guitar.

What you need

  1. Epiphone ES-335 PRO Pickguard Replacement, Pickguard: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Locate the screw closest to the neck of the guitar.

    • Use a phillips head #2 screwdriver to completely unscrew the 1.0 mm length screw.

    • Be sure to keep any screws together as you will use them again, unless the replacement pickguard has its own screws.

    • Using a phillips head #2 screwdriver, completely unscrew the 1.0 mm length screw.

    • Gently lift the pickguard off the body of the guitar.

very nice and simple demo, but where would you get a new pickguard, as Epiphone will not

supply them and other aftermarket guards will not fit.
