Introduction
This guide is for replacing the battery in the SmartSensor. The battery is not rechargeable so it will need to be replaced in case of malfunction. You can use your fingernail or some other small flat tool to pry open the back of the SmartSensor.
No past experience in the electrical field is needed.
What you need

Identify which part is the battery sensor. The battery sensor looks like this image and is a small, cube-like shape.

Use a small flat tool, such as fingernail or screwdriver, and pry off the backing of the sensor. Remove the coin battery (in center of image). Replace if needed.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
