Introduction
If the audio coming from your headphones sounds muffled or distorted, or if you hear a constant crackling or static noise, you may need to replace the volume control potentiometer of your EPOS Sennheiser GSP 302. For this guide, you will need to use a soldering iron to solder and desolder connections. Be careful, as you’ll be working around small, fragile wires and sharp internal components. Note that the volume control potentiometer is located within the right earcup.
