Remove the carbon brushes with a thin screwdriver. 3 mm - Exercise caution as they are fragile.

To avoid damaging the label, peel it off halfway, starting from the indicated spot.

Remove the power cord screws.

Pull up the assembly with the shaft and unclip the plastic part from the speed controller.
