first, you will need to remove the two small screws that are next to each other on the bottom right.

after that, there are three screws that hold the motherboard in place that need to come out.

Once those are out, you want to disconnect the ribbon cable by flipping the black tab upwards and pulling the cable out once it's loose.

now what you can do is wiggle the board away from the frame in the direction of the projector lens, being careful not to tear any cables. There are two cables which are glued into place, but I was able to leave them in place, glue and all. Once the motherboard is out and able to move around, you can start to disassemble the frame below.

unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the frame before I got it out, but there are about four screws that you can remove from that black piece in the photo, and you don't need to remove the motherboard. You can work around it.

once the screws are out of the black frame, you can wiggle it out from its place, keeping in mind to unlatch the wires it is attached to. Once you do that, you are able to get access to the interior lenses for cleaning or removing.
