Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case

Introduction

Use this guide to remove the top case of the Onkyo TX800 receiver.

What you need

  1. Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case, Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case: step 1, image 1 of 3 Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case, Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case: step 1, image 2 of 3 Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case, Disassembling Onkyo TX-800 Top case: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Remove the two screws on both sides of the receiver. Keep these and the rest of the screws in a safe place.

    • Remove the top screw on the back panel.

    • Slide off the case to expose the internal components of the receiver.
