Here's a guide on how to remove the back cover of the Motorola Talkabout
What you need

First, remove the battery cover with your hands, so you can access the battery compartment.

After that, remove the batteries with your hands so you can access the back cover

After you removed the batteries, you'll need to use a torx t8 screwdriver or a screwdriver with a torx t8 bit attached to it to remove the 4 screws keeping the back cover

(these 4 screws are all the same size)

Using a prying tool, slide in between the cover so that you'll make it come apart.

When you'll arrive at the ptt button, carefully remove your pick and continue after the ptt button

After you separated the back cover, carefully open it up to remove it and reveal the pcb.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
