    • Locate the single large Phillips screw on the rear of the chassis. Unfasten the screw completely.

    • Slide the top metal cover forward (toward the front of the PC) and lift it upward to remove it. Set the top cover aside.

    • Flip the PC over so the bottom side is facing up. The RAM is located under a separate sliding panel on the bottom of the unit.

    • Locate the plastic/metal panel on the bottom of the chassis. Slide this panel toward the rear of the device. It should click and then lift away easily.

    • Identify the RAM module(s). Use your fingernails or a spudger to gently push the two metal arms on the sides of the RAM slot outward. The RAM module will pop up at a 30-degree angle.

    • Grip the edges of the RAM module and pull it straight out of the slot. Caution: Do not touch the gold contacts on the RAM stick to avoid static discharge or oils from your skin interfering with the connection.
