Introduction

In this guide you will learn how to disassemble your DeWalt Jobsite DCR010 using the provided iFixit tool kit.
Following this guide won't actually fix anything on your device but it will give you access to do the repairs will.
This guide will only require the removal of screws and disconnection of electrical connections.

Remove the eleven 15 mm screws on the corners and back of the device casing using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
If you're using the iFixit tool kit, you may need to utilize the 4 mm nut driver as an extension in order to reach the deep screws on the backside of the case.

Step 2

Take the casing apart by pulling the rubber corners away from the body of the speaker.
Pull the top handle away from the body of the case once the corners are removed.

Remove or slice the DeWalt sticker on the left side of the device in.
Push out the two pins on the top of the device.
You may need to pry at the bottom of the device, if so, use an opening tool.

Step 4

Unplug the connections running between the two sides of the case by pinching the tab on the non-speaker side and pulling away from the point of attachment.
