Introduction
To decalc the water heater I disassembled the water heater (or at least what was necessary for the decalc process. The linked video is a similar water heater, although another model. Sorry I didn't take enough pictures on the go, but I believe it still may help someone who wants to do it on their own

Unplug the water heater

Close the incoming water valve (cold water)

Drain the water from the water heater through the emergency exit of the heater.

It might be necessary to drain through one or both of the water in- and output valves. Most of the water will come out of the cold water in valve though

Remove the red and green wires with the 8mm wrench

Do this on both sides

Remove the ground wire and ground metal connector with the T20 Torx screwdriver

1 screw from the outer wire

2 screws at the end of the connecting rod

Gently pull out the thermostat wire and the metal

Gently remove the small white insulation around the connecting pipe

-
Hold the brown ceramic squared part and unscrew the single screw at the end of the small curvy metal that holds it in place (Torx T20 screw)

Once the screw is removed hold the metal in the hand and gently pull out the long ceramic heating unit

Do this on the other side as well

Loosen the 6 screws holding the big metal cylinder in place.

Once the water stops, loosen all screws while holding the metal

Gently pull out the metal
-

Remove the rubber sealing around the rim
-
Clean the inner part of the heater gently with a cloth, or just by hand

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
