The base cover is important as it is where the inner components of the laptop is housed. It is used to protect the parts inside from any damage. Removal of the base cover will be covered in this guide.

Lift the plastic tab.

Remove two 3mm Phillips #0 screws under the plastic tab.

Ask FixBot
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
