Introduction
This guide will show you how to replace the SSD of the Dell Vostro 3510. The SSD is a component that is in charge of storing data and memory. Additionally, SSDs also affect computer system performance. Pros to upgrading the SSD include higher computer performance, faster boot times, and quicker access to data.
Before you begin, power off the laptop and disconnect it from the charging adapter and any peripherals.
Note: You don’t need to remove the battery to complete this repair, but be sure to disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.

Use a Philips #000 screwdriver to remove the single 2 mm screw from the metal plate covering the SSD.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
