Start by removing the 8 screws circled in red in the photo with the Philips # 0 screwdriver.
Then, using the iFixit Opening Picks, lift up from the dock connector end. Unclip it gently.

After removing the cover, locate the slots for RAM in the computer. There are 2 of them.
Attention, only the DDR4 memory in portable format is compatible with the motherboard of this PC!
