Use your thumb to move the tab to the right that releases the battery, while using your other hand to slide the battery out.

The battery will come out straight toward you.

Not to come off as rude but is this even a repair? i see this more as something everyone with a laptop will know especially those that carry multiple with them to prolong work time. it feels a bit like "Screen black? press on button"
