This guide will demonstrate removing the computer's RAM.
What you need

Place the case on its side.

Locate and remove the two 13.1 mm thumbscrews.

Locate the two plastic tabs on the ends of a RAM stick.

Press down on the two tabs together until RAM stick is ejected.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
