Use this guide to replace the hard drive of the Dell Inspiron 530.
What you need

Place the case on its side.

Locate and remove the two 13.1 mm thumbscrews.

Locate and remove the four 7.8 mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Pull the hard drive out towards the back of computer.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
