What you need

1. Step 1 Back Cover
  Close the lid and turn the laptop over to access the back cover.

3. Step 2
  Remove the five 4 mm screws from the back of the laptop using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
  
  Loosen the two remaining captive screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
  
  Captive screws tend to have a slightly larger head than normal screws, so it is important to use the correct size screwdriver to avoid damaging the screw or the device.
