This guide shows how to remove and replace the battery pack for the Dell Alien 18 laptop.
What you need

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the base cover.

Slide the base cover towards the rear of the computer and lift it off the computer base.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the battery to the computer base.

Disconnect the battery cable from its connector by pulling it straight up from its socket.
