What you need

Step 1 Face Plate

CrystalView NB4-35788 Face Plate Replacement, Face Plate: step 1, image 1 of 1

Remove each of the three screws located near the bottom of the screen using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Remove each of the 4 screws located at the corners of the face plate.

Carefully lift the entire perimeter of the face plate using a plastic spudger.

Pull back the edge of the face plate to remove it.
