Introduction
The condensation collector extracts excess moisture. A missing or damaged condensation collector can lead to a pot that leaks water.
What you need

Locate the condensation collector on the back of the pot, opposite of the LED Display.
Ask FixBot

If the collector is damaged e.g. cracked, remove it by gently pulling out from the pot and replace it with a new collector.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
