Go to step 1 ↓Hello! If your battery is not holding charge this guide will show you the steps to replace the old battery in your Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Device. Follow the steps in this guide and you will be listening to hours of your music again in no time! Please use caution when using the soldering tool.

Use plastic opening tool to open top cover by carefully prying at each corner.

Once the front face is removed, remove the three 6.8mm J0 screws from the metal cover.

Use the plastic opening tool to unclip the metal bracket holding the battery down.

Ask FixBot
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
