Introduction
The hotend on a 3D printer is the component responsible for heating the plastic that the printer uses to make parts. It can fail for a variety of reasons, but without it, the printer cannot function. If your hotend is not functioning properly, it can render the printer inoperable.
This guide will teach you how to replace that hotend so your machine becomes functional again. To complete this guide, it is important to ensure that the machine is unplugged from any external power source and is cool.
Before performing this guide, make sure there are no severed wires or unplugged connectors.
