Introduction

This guide details how to replace the I/O board in your Cowin E7 headphones.

What you need

Step 1 I/O Board

Remove the ear pad the with iFixit opening tool.

Unscrew the 6.5 mm screws around the speaker with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Lift up the speaker housing.

Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two 6.5 mm screws that secure the I/O board.

Disconnect any connected cables then lift the I/O board up and out of the chassis.
