It does not require removing the entire fuel rail or disconnecting the fuel system, which means not a single drop of fuel will be lost during the process!
Tutorial shown on an H4D engine, applicable to the H4Bt engine.

-
Place a small drop of cleaner (e.g., brake cleaner) on the injector nozzle to be cleaned. Let it sit for a few seconds.
-
Gently wipe the injector nozzle using a cotton swab.

Repeat the process for each injector nozzle. You can optionally wipe the neck of the injector nozzles with a paper towel.

-
Clean the injector wells on the intake manifold with a cotton swab to ensure a proper seal.
-
Lubricate each injector seal (only the one on the intake manifold side) with a small drop of engine oil.
-
Reinsert the fuel rail into the intake manifold. Ensure that each of the three injectors is fully seated in the manifold.

First, tighten the two 8 mm screws by hand while holding the fuel rail in position. Then, once locked in place, tighten to a torque of 10 N·m.

Congratulations! You now have perfectly clean injector tips, perfect for properly and evenly atomizing fuel!
