Chumby One LCD Screen Replacement

Remove 4 self-adhesive plastic dots covering the screw holes.

Remove the four 2mm screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the back and bottom cover.

Disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard with a plastic opening tool.

Disconnect the microphone connector from the motherboard with a plastic opening tool.

Remove the display ribbon cable from its socket with a plastic opening tool.

Remove the volume knob from the side of the Chumby One with a plastic opening tool.

Remove the four 6mm screws using a PH000 bit on the inner chassis.

Remove the inner components from the outer shell.

Remove the four 5.5mm screws with a Phillips PH000 screwdriver bit.

Remove the metal shield from the front case using a plastic opening tool.

Remove the LCD screen from the outer case using a plastic opening tool.
