This guide will show users the first step of performing a hard reset, removing the battery.

Open the battery flap by pressing the button on the flap in a direction parallel to the bottom of the device while also pulling away from the device.

Free the battery by pressing the white lever away from the battery.

Pull out the now loose battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
