Introduction
Over time the tripod mount can become damaged and the tripod will no longer thread into the camera. This guide will explain how to replace the tripod mount.
What you need

Turn the camera so the bottom of the camera is facing up.

Remove the two Phillips screws from the bottom cover using the Phillips #00 Screwdriver.

Remove the three screws securing the tripod mount using the Phillips #00 Screwdriver.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
