Before beginning, make sure you have a compatible Bose QuietComfort 15 audio cable. Handle the headphones gently to avoid damaging the audio jack.

Hold the headphones with the earcups facing the ceiling.

Find the cable port on the right earcup.

Ensure the cable is not tangled or under tension.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
