Introduction
Purchase a new Microfilter Dust Canister.
What you need

Move the support slider located on the bottom of the handle towards the sander.
Ask FixBot

Press the pinch point tabs located on each side of the dust canister and slide the dust canister away from the sander.

Take the locking tab from the original dust canister and place it on the new one. To do this, slide it downward onto the new dust canister until it snaps into place.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
