Is the heater of your Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop faulty or damaged? This can cause an inability to produce steam and cause water leakage. This guide will show you how to replace the heater in your Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop.
Check the troubleshooting pages first to confirm that your mop needs a heater.
Before beginning this replacement, make sure to empty the tank and unplug the mop from the wall.

Push down on the latch to release the mop head.

Pull the mop head off the body machine.

Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the 40 mm screw from the handle.

Slide the handle out.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
