Introduction
In order to replace the vibration motor the user will need to have knowledge on soldering station usage. The battery does not have to be removed if the user is able to access the solder connections without damaging the battery. A larger tip on the soldering iron is more ideal in order to more quickly heat the solder without damaging the board.

Detach the battery from the mother board using a plastic opening tool.

Use a plastic spudger to remove battery.

Tool used on this step:Tweezers$4.99

Remove the five 4 mm JIS J000 screws from bottom plate

Using a soldering iron, simultaneously heat the two soldered connections for the motor

When the connection is melted, use a set of tweezers to safely remove the motor
