-Step 2: This step should specify what screwdriver to use. Using markup in the image would also help the user with locating the screws.
Step 3: This step is also unclear and seems unnecessary. It should be removed, or reworded: "Re-position the laptop with the back cover facing downward."
-Step 4: This step is missing articles (i.e. pry up “the” keyboard using a spudger). Also, it should specific what spudger to use (plastic). The user should know not to use a metal spudger on their device.

Step 6: This step is unclear, and should refer to the “CD ROM drive”, not a DVD player. It should be reworded to be more clear. Example: “Slide out the CD ROM drive to remove it.”
