Asus W2W-A1 Disc Drive Replacement

Introduction

Remove the disc drive on your Asus W2W-A1 so that you may replace it with a new disc drive or a stick a hard drive in its place.

What you need

  1. Asus W2W-A1 Disc Drive Replacement, Disc Drive: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the one 3mm screw labeled D on the back of the laptop.

    • With that screw removed, you can now pull the disc drive out of the laptop by pulling on it in the direction that it slides.
