Introduction
Use this guide to remove and replace a defective battery in the Asus UL30VT-X1. This guide will not require any tools or toolkits from iFixit.
What you need

Locate the two battery locks. (First Image)

The battery lock on the left will need to be unlocked first which is done by pushing the lock to the left. (Second Image)

Unlock the right lock by moving it to the right while simultaneously pushing upwards on the battery.
