Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓The Asus RT-N56U Wireless Router was released in Early 2011. It featured both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networking, 2 USB 2.0 Ports, 4 Ethernet Ports, and a thin & stylish design!

Another Alternative that I do not recommend but if you want to, and you don't want to buy a Spudger, go ahead, I warned you, not my fault if your router gets damaged.

Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws securing the front casing in place.

Remove the adhesive and clips also securing the front casing and lift it like a book from the left side, then remove it.

Remove the 2 Phillips screws securing the main board to the casing.

Lift to around a 20° angle.

Gently pull up slightly, then the board should unlock to allow you to rotate it to around a 90° angle and remove it.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
