Introduction
The battery is the device's power source. This device has a rechargeable battery. Sometimes when devices are plugged in while in use or plugged in for too long, it can shorten the battery life. This is one of the most replaced components. Luckily this is one of the simplest to replace.
What you need

Gently wedge a Jimmy into the seam of the device.

Gently pry the Jimmy all around the seam until the back panel is detached.

Locate the black bundle cable connector attached to the battery of the phone.

Using a plastic opening tool, gently slide the black bundle cable connector towards the battery in a back and forth motion until loosened and it slides out of connection port.

Using a plastic opening tool, pry out the batteries to loosen them out.

Lift the battery out of its port

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
