Users who experience no response from the device after pressing the power button, especially if the device is connected to the charger, may refer to this guide to troubleshoot their battery adapter. Before starting this guide, make sure that the device is disconnected from its charger and completely powered off.

Flip the device over to its back cover.

Use the switches to release the battery from its adapter.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
