• Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two screws circled in picture.

• Place fingers on panel as shown below.
• Apply slight force while gently sliding the panel away from the laptop.
• Remove panel.

• Locate RAM card, circled adjacently.

• Place fingers on prongs located adjacent.
• Press on prongs simultaneously.

• RAM card should pop out.
• Remove RAM card.
