Introduction
If the laptop powers on when the charger connected, but fails to power on or stay on when disconnected, then your battery may need to be replaced. This guide will show you how to replace the battery. There are no tools needed.
What you need

Push the two tabs located below the battery in towards each other using your thumbs.

Continue to push the battery upwards until it is completely separated from the laptop as shown.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
