Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓This guide shows the steps for "Anker Soundcore Boost (A3145) replacement battery replacement."
What you need

-
First, remove the bottom of the box from the side with the charging ports. It is secured by four clips on each side and fixed with double-sided adhesive tape. You can remove it by hand, optionally using a plastic card or plastic opening tool.
-
-
-
Underneath the base plate, there is a plate that is secured with 8 screws.
-
Caution! The replacement battery is attached to this plate and connected to the motherboard via a short cable, so only open it carefully.
-
-
-
Disconnect the replacement battery connector from the motherboard.
-
Then, unscrew the two screws on the right and left of the replacement battery pack and remove the replacement battery pack from the plate.
-
-
-
Now the replacement batteries must be removed from the housing. Again, be CAREFUL here! The cable is a little difficult to thread through here.
-
And you're done; for those replacing the whole replacement battery, simply reinstall the new replacement battery in reverse order. I am rebuilding the battery pack from two 18650 replacement batteries:

-
If you want to repopulate the battery pack with new replacement batteries instead of replacing the entire battery pack, you can build your own pack using two 18650 replacement batteries.
-
After you have glued the two cells with the cables into a pack, place the two 18650 replacement batteries back onto the protection board and align the connection tabs as shown in the photos.

Follow the steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.
