Introduction
The Amazon Echo Glow uses a 5.25 VDC, 1.0 power cable with an included power adaptor. If the power cable shows any cracks in the insulation, exposed wires, or the device tends to overheat or char on the outside, it is very important to replace the power cable. Using a proper power cable will prevent electrical shock and fires when using the device. This guide will show you the process of removing and replacing the power cable.

Using the metal spudger, insert it into the seam between the outer shell and the base of the Amazon Echo Glow. Break open the glued seal that holds the outer shell to get into the device.

Use s T10 Torx screwdriver to remove the four screws securing the bracket.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
- Reseal the device by using hot glue around the seam of the outer shell.
