Make sure your device is powered off and disconnected from any power supply.

Open the laptop and disconnect the tablet screen from the magnetic keyboard dock by gently lifting the screen up.

Use tweezers to gently pry up the damaged key.

If the plastic springs do become misaligned, use tweezers to realign springs by popping them back into their horizontal placement.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
