Introduction
This guide will help the user locate and safely remove the RAM.
Keep in mind that the RAM is an important component, please be careful with it as you remove it.
Keep all components away from magnets as this can damage them.
What you need

Unscrew the center panel using a Philips PH1 screwdriver in a counterclockwise motion.

Open the panel by lifting up in the small groove using a Plastic Opening Tool or similar device.

Pull one of the tabs away from the RAM.

Place a plastic opening tool under the RAM and lift up while holding the tab.

Ask FixBot
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
