Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓Replacing the RAM is a simple repair that takes 5 minutes. Make sure laptop is off and unplugged.
What you need

Spudger4.9

Flip laptop over to show the bottom and lay flat.

Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the the two .8 centimeter screws from back plate.
Ask FixBot

Push down the marked bracket with an opening tool or plastic spudger.

Move the Ram at a 45 degree angle and pull out of place.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
