Go to step 1 ↓Maybe a hubcap on your car came loose or you just want a quick aesthetic upgrade. This guide explains removing and replacing plastic hubcaps on a 2006 Nissan Altima. Simple enough for anyone to do in just a few minutes!
Plastic hubcaps can be purchased online or at an auto parts store and are the only necessary material for this replacement. Using a tool to remove the current hubcap can be useful, but in most cases you can pull them off with your hands! Save time and money and do this fix yourself!

Attach the retention ring to your new hubcap, aligning the divot in the ring with the tire-valve cutout.

Keeping alignment, hold the center of the hubcap and forcefully push in all the sides of the inner ring until it secures in place.
