Background and Identification

The Ventec One Circuit is a ventilator that possesses multiple functions in order to deliver integrated therapy to patients. The Ventec One Circuit functions as five devices, including a ventilator, nebulizer, and oxygen concentrator. It also provides touch-button cough and suction to patients with respiratory problems. The device received FDA clearance on April 12th, 2017 to begin functioning as a multi-function ventilator for patients. The intended users for this product include those with respiratory ailments, neuromuscular disease, a spinal cord injury, an impaired lung function, and pediatric development complications.


The Ventec One Circuit is a small box-shaped device that only weighs 18 pounds. It is encased in a dark thermoplastic that is tough and durable. A power button is provided in the bottom right-hand corner. It also includes a port on the right hand side in order for the insertion of the circuit. A software screen is provided on the front of the device in order for users to interact with the machine. An additional button is also available on the front of the device to switch between the five functions that are provided.
