Background and Identification
Hyper-Hypothermia machines and heat therapy machines are used to regulate body temperature to treat a range of conditions. Hyper-Hypothermia, or Therapeutic Hypothermia, is used to prevent brain damage after cardiac arrest or in an infant suffering from neonatal asphyxia. Heat therapy—which takes a variety of forms—helps improve circulation and can treat arthritis and stiff muscles.
