The motorcycle was built from 2001 to 2006 with a carburetor, and from 2007 to 2013 with fuel injection. From the 2004 model year onwards, the carburetor is connected to the engine's liquid cooling system. All carburetor models feature a secondary air system to improve exhaust emissions. It uses a single-disc brake system for deceleration both front and rear.
